Let's say you are unhappy in your
relationship. You and your mate have a major fight and your
mate threatens to leave. This frightens you, because you never
expected it to come to this. Suddenly, your perception
changes. You start making an effort to get along better,
paying more attention to your mate - which gets you more
attention in return, you are happier.
What changed? Your mate is not really acting differently,
daily life continues, but your perception of the situation
changed. It changed enough that you feel the situation is
actually what changed. But, in reality, the situation is
exactly the same.
By changing your perceptions, you can totally change your
life. Act as if what you want is a reality (health, financial
security, happiness, etc.) and it will become a reality.
Believe it long enough and you will manifest it into your
life.
