One Brain
One Brain is an emotional healing
technique I trained in during the 1980's. It is a technique
for emotional wellness and stress management. When a person
is experiencing stress, the left side of the brain goes into
the fight or flight response. When the emotional stress is
relieved, we are able to function in a calm, effective
manner. We then have more access to both sides of our brain,
thus the term One Brain.
