This Month's Reading is a compilation of many entries I have
received this month on the same topic. Below is only a small sampling of the
entries I received on this topic.
Question:
PC said: "Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? I suffer from loneliness
and depression."
AR said: "I am falling into a deep depression and this time I'm afraid there's

LG said "I am having a terrible time and wondered if life will ever be good
again."

First, take a deep breath, let it out and relax. Nothing is ever as bad as it
seems. The only constant in life is that there will be change. You may think
that life will never get better, but then suddenly, it does.
There is a lot of chaotic energy flowing around the Earth at
this time. This mass consciousness that surrounds the Earth affects all of us.
When we become stressed, we breathe shallowly. This causes all of the muscles
and nerves in our body to tighten up, which causes even more stress. We get
caught in a vicious circle and the stress continues to build.
The best thing you can do when you feel stress or anxiety is
to sit down, relax and take a few deep breaths. Breathe the air first into your
abdomen then into your lungs until they are full. Let the breath out through
your mouth as slowly as you can. Continue to do this until you feel more
relaxed. Do this exercise whenever you feel stressed, even if it is every few
minutes. When you are relaxed, solutions are able to come to
you which you cannot see when you are stressed. When you are relaxed, it is
easier to trust that the Universe will provide everything that you need.
If your stress or depression is intense, visit your doctor
for medication to help you get back in control of your emotions. You don't
necessarily have to take it forever, but sometimes we just need a bit of help.
Herbs and Vitamins can also be used. St. John's Wort can be
used by most people for depression. There is also a product at your health food
store called Nutrizac which can be used. Relecore, which can be purchased at
your local WalMart, can help with anxiety. It reduces cortizol which is a
hormone produced by your body when you are stressed.
I will again recommend the 'Feelings
Prayer' to help heal the stress, depression and other issues. It is a
very powerful self-healing technique which can be used to heal any issue you
have. Of course, you can also schedule and appointment with me for a
Healing Session.
It is important to remember that you create your reality with
what you say, think and feel. When you are focusing on how bad everything is,
you create more of things being bad. When you focus on not having enough money,
you create less money. When you focus on not being able to pay bills, you create
more inability to pay bills. When you focus on your anxiety and depression, you
create more anxiety and depression. Find positive things to
focus on - having a place to live, food to eat, seeing a beautiful flower,
hearing a bird call, etc. Focus on these positive things, and you will bring
more positive things into your life. It may not happen overnight, but it will
happen.
So, to everyone wondering if their life will ever get better,
YES IT WILL!!! Maybe not today, or tomorrow, but it will get better. The more
you are able to Trust that it will get better, the quicker it will happen.
