Meditation For Health

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to calm yourself. Ask your Guides and Angels to remove all signs, symptoms, side-effects, predispositions to and damage from infection, virus, detrimental bacteria, microbes, flu, common cold, lab created/genetically altered illness, allergies and parasites from all your bodies on all levels. Ask them to send this energy to the Violet Flame for transmutation and replace it with beneficial, healing energies. You can continue to repeat your request for several moments until you feel the energy has shifted. Repeat this several times daily if needed, but at least once daily.

Flu Prevention

As I write this, many people are worried and frightened about the new strain of flu that is affecting many in Mexico and the US. We have to remember that it does no good to worry or fear this dis-ease.

What is important is to keep our immune system healthy. Take a good multi-vitamin each day. Eat healthy foods - lots of fresh, raw vegetables and fruits. Take some extra Vitamin C.

It is recommended to take 1,200 mg of N-Acetyl-Cysteine, or NAC, daily. NAC is a powerful anti-oxidant and helps to boost the immune system. It also helps to break up mucus from the flu. At 1,200 mg daily, it can prevent the flu from occurring or reduce the symptoms and duration of the illness.

Oscillococinum, a homeopathic remedy, can reduce the severity or duration of symptoms. It is recommended to take at the first indication of illness.

Iodine is also a strong anti-oxidant and will help with boosting the immune system. It is being used at doses of up to 100 mg daily for cancer, thyroid issues and hormone imbalances.

I also recommend using the above meditation on a daily basis to keep your immune system strong and healthy.

Most of all, create the reality where this dis-ease does not exist by not focusing on it. Focus instead on everyone being healthy so we can create that reality.

I'm sorry, I don't see the two of you being together in a committed relationship. He is very committed to his marriage and has a strong reason for staying in it. He has no intention of making any changes, he is very happy with things as they are. I get a sense that his wife knows that he has affairs, but does not care. They are both very committed to the marriage and content with the status quo.

He is able to keep you waiting by making promises that he is going to leave, but then he never follows through with them. Something always happens that he can't do it at that time, he has to wait until another time, but then the time never comes.

My advice is to move on, find someone who will commit to you and give you the type of relationship you have always dreamed of. You have wasted enough time waiting for something that is not going to happen.

You have been the victim of what I call 'Feel Good Psychics'. They tell you what you want to hear, which makes you feel good and happy. You think the person is a wonderful psychic because they told you exactly what you wanted to hear. Then, when it didn't turn out as they said, you went back to them again, and again, always hearing what you wanted to hear.

I cannot and will not tell my clients what they want to hear. I tell them what I actually see, whether they want to hear it or not. I have made clients very angry by telling them something that wasn't what they wanted to hear, but they have come back later telling me how accurate I was.

Be careful who you get Psychic Advice from and stay away from 'Feel Good Psychics'.
