THE POWERS THAT BE
It really disheartens me to see the things going on in our
country and the world today. It becomes more obvious every day that the 'Powers
That Be' think we are total idiots, and unfortunately they mostly seem to be
correct.
The Democrats took office saying that they were going to make changes. They were
going to get us out of Iraq, correct the economy, blah, blah, blah. The only
thing they have done is to put on a good show for a while, and in the end making
no changes at all.
They have wasted time and money investigating Attorney General Gonzales when it
is obvious they have no plans to do anything with their investigation. They
spout Impeachment, but only in an attempt to score points.
Our Navy Fleet has been sent to the waters off Iran in a show of strength.
Anyone with any sense knows that is a joke. Our military is already spread so
thin that we couldn't do anything against Iran if they were to attack us.
We are being told that there is an oil shortage and that is the reason gas
prices are rising. The 'shortage' doesn't stop the Oil Companies from raking in
huge profits. Gas is now above $3.00 a gallon in the US. When you have to drive
30 miles or more a day to work at a minimum wage job, it is hardly worth
working.
Those we put in power pretend that they are doing things that are in the best
interest of all of us, when in reality they are only working toward a
predetermined goal. It has already been decided what is going to happen and how
it is going to happen. We can easily affect the timing of their plans, but can
we prevent them from being implemented in the long run?
The Powers That Be, The Illuminati, The One World Government, Extraterrestrial
Beings. We don't know who is actually in charge of making the decisions about
what is in our future. But to anyone paying attention it is so obvious that it
isn't the people we elect to represent us.
It is common knowledge that the Iraq war was planned long before the Twin Towers
were destroyed. It is obvious that a war with Iran has been in the planning
stages for several years now. Population reduction has been spoken of for
generations. There have been numerous attempts to put our country under martial
law, but so far it has failed. How much control do we really have over these
factors?
There are continuous news stories about problems with our food causing illness
and deaths. This was not so common in the past. Is our food being affected on
purpose for population reduction? Even vegetables are not safe in today's world,
not to mention all the things put into our meat products. They are now spraying
meat products with viruses as a preservative. What do these viruses do to us?
Medications continue to kill while healthy alternatives are being criminalized.
Our herbs and vitamins come under attack on a daily basis.
An attempt has been made for years to start a Bird Flu Epidemic, but so far
their attempts have failed. The Flu just will not spread the way that they want
it to. Now they are trying to develop the same flu strain that killed millions
of people in the early 1900's. Why would they do that if not to use against us?
All of this is being done right under our noses. The Powers That Be are not even
trying to hide their actions today because the sheeple aren't paying attention
to what is going on.
Those of us who are awake and aware are the only ones who can change the
outcome. Because we are awake and aware, we are responsible to do whatever we
can to change things. I remember the '60's when people rose up and refused to
take things they way they were anymore. They risked their lives to change our
world. What happened to those people? What happened to that spirit? Have we
become a world which has been mind controlled so that we will follow anywhere as
good sheeple do?
It is up to us to counter the mind control weapons, as reported in the main
stream media, which are being used on us. We must learn to protect ourselves and
teach others to protect themselves. We must send energy into the collective
consciousness for people to wake up and see what is right before their eyes.
We are responsible for starting a Love Movement just as the Hippies started the
Peace Movement. It is up to us to fill the world's consciousness with Love
energy. It is us to us to battle the Powers That Be with enough Love that they
cannot complete their mission. It is up to us to save the World in which we live
and help it to ascend.

POWER SYMBOLS - RUNES
Runes are an ancient Germanic alphabet that was used for
writing, divination and magick. They were used throughout northern Europe,
Scandinavia, the British Isles and Iceland.
The word 'Rune' means 'mystery, secret or whisper'. Each Rune
has an esoteric meaning and an esoteric property associated with it. Each Rune
translates into a word or a phrase representing the forces of nature and mind.
Each Rune has a story attached to it and a relationship to a Norse God.
It is said that the Norse God Odin hung from the
World Tree,
Yggdrasil, impaled on his own spear, for nine days and nights in
order to gain the knowledge of Runes. When the Runes appeared before him, he
reached down and took them up, and the Runic knowledge gave him power. He later
passed on this knowledge to the Vanir goddess Freya. She taught him the magic of
Seidr. Heimdall,
the god who guarded the Rainbow Bridge, taught the Runes to mankind.
The Old Germanic Runic alphabet or 'Elder Futhark' contains 24 Runes. They were
inscribed on
amulets for protection, luck in battle, etc.

Question:
What needs to be done or changed to facilitate loss of 40-60lbs and heal my left
ankle which
swells up and my right knee which is tight? I have been working toward this goal
for the last 4
years and am stymied as to why it isn't off yet.
Reading by Claudia:
I am hearing many people complain about excess weight, even people who are
usually very
skinny. Recently, I have heard this referred to as 'Buddha Belly'.
We have been bombarded for years now with really intense energies. The shape of
our bodies are
changing as a result of trying to contain this massive amount of energy. For
many of us, this means
a body that just will not let go of excess weight, no matter what we do.
Because I know your age, my first recommendation is getting your hormones
balanced. This will
help tremendously. I recommend seeing a doctor who can do a Saliva Test to check
your hormone
levels and prescribe Bio-Identical Hormones. Cortisol is probably also a
factor. You can check
with your local Health Food store to see what they recommend for Cortisol, or
try Relecore which
is available at WalMart.
Our body uses fat cells to store excess Estrogen. The more out of balance our
hormones are, the
more fat cells are needed to store the excess Estrogen. With so much Estrogen in
our foods, it is
common to have excess Estrogen at almost any age.
The only way I see for you to truly take this weight off is to move as much
toward a raw food diet
as you can. Eat lots and lots of raw fruits, vegetables and nuts. No bread, no
sweets, no potatoes.
A small amount of meat would be okay, but mostly raw food. Your body is not
going to release the
weight unless you go this extreme with your diet. Your body really wants to hold
onto this weight for some reason. You also need to drink a lot more water than
you are at this time.
I am getting that your knee would benefit from Glucosamine and Castor Oil Packs.
For a Castor
Oil Pack, soak a piece of flannel with Castor Oil and place it on your knee. Put
a piece of plastic
wrap over the flannel and place a heating pad on it for 20 minutes. Drinking
more water will also
help the knee and the ankle. Toxins are settling in your ankle which is causing
it to swell. By
flushing out the toxins, it will help the swelling. A Castor Oil Pack on your
ankle will help to pull
the toxins out also.
The knee represents ego, pride and stubbornness. There is someone or something
around you
which is refusing to change and being stubborn. The ankle represents
inflexibility and guilt. You
are feeling stuck in a particular situation.
I recommend using the 'Feelings Prayer'
for healing
these issues. You can also use the 'Feelings Prayer on issues with your weight
such as why your
body won't release the weight, why you find it so hard to lose the weight, etc.
