choose to send energy to everyone's dream coming true.

MANIFESTING IN 2006
In the coming year, it is very important to watch your thoughts, words and
emotions, since you will be manifesting things at the most rapid rate ever.
Whatever you focus on, whether good or bad, will manifest almost instantly.
Are you worried about money? As you focus on this concern, you will manifest
many ways to cause more money issues. Your car will break down, your child will
get sick, you will lose your wallet, etc.
Are you focused on loneliness and not having a date on Saturday night? Keep
focusing on this and you will have even fewer dates, and even your friends will
turn on you.
Are you focused on health issues? You will only manifest more health issues.
You must even be careful in trying to heal health issues that you do not create
further health issues by focusing too much on the health issues that you have.
Focus instead on having a healthy body so that you will create the healthy body
that you desire.
Be very aware of what you are focusing on this year, because you will manifest
everything you focus on. If you do not manifest your dreams this year it will be
because you sabotaged yourself by focusing on the wrong things. Use the energies
available this year to create your deepest dreams instead of your worst
nightmares.

ENERGY SYMPTOMS
For the last several weeks, I have been experiencing a lot of pain. I
thought the fibromyalgia was flaring up, and did not pay much attention to it.
Recently, I started seeing messages from others who are experiencing the same
symptoms. I realized that our bodies are trying to adjust to the new energies
being sent to the Earth.
I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I have had a
lot of pain in my third eye and the most horrendous headaches. I have felt tired
and unable to function, I just can't seem to get motivated.
Working on our house has been taking much longer than expected. I have talked to
others who also have projects that just will not make it to completion.
Stress levels have been very high, and people have been experiencing outbursts
of anger. Some people have been experiencing panic attacks. There is a feeling
that something is about to happen. Depression is common lately, too.
People have reported hearing of many terminal illnesses and deaths recently.
Many people are not able to deal with these intense energies and are choosing to
leave.
If you are experiencing these symptoms, realize that it is your body attempting
to adjust to these new, more intense energies that surround us. Take better care
of yourself. Rest more. Drink more water. Take time to meditate. Spend time out
in nature. Ask your Healing Angels to assist you.
Above all, remember . . . 'And this too shall pass.'

HEALING AND ASCENSION CD'S

I can feel the energy in all of my chakras. My psychic abilities have increased.

much time for myself in a long time.

to focus on in the session - back pain, an emotion, etc. There is a definite
improvement in the issue when the CD stops.
