Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a very relaxed state similar
to meditation. In hypnosis, you enter an alpha state of
consciousness where your subconscious can be communicated
with. Hypnosis is a very safe and effective form of healing
on a very deep level.
Many people use self-hypnosis to help
change habits, sleep better and feel better in general.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be used to lose weight,
stop smoking, manage pain, and so much more. It is very
effective for bypassing the conscious mind and healing on
the subconscious level.
Hypnotist Tricks
You will not do anything under hypnosis
that you would not do any other time. I will not be able to
make you quack like a duck, harm anyone or anything similar.
Stage hypnotists choose people who are susceptible to the
tricks on purpose. I have no desire to do this type of
hypnosis.
Was I Really Hypnotized?
Few people feel like they have been
hypnotized after a session. They only feel very relaxed.
They usually remember everything that was done or said.
Children may walk around the room during
a hypnotherapy session. They seem to be ignoring the
hypnotist, but the information is still getting through to
the subconscious.
Past Life Therapy
Using Hypnosis in Past Life Therapy
allows the client to visit their past lives themselves. They
are able to see what they looked like, where they lived and
what happened in their past lives. Once they understand how
their past lives affect the present lifetime, they are able
to heal many issues.
