As many of you know, I experience extreme fibromyalgia and back pain. I have spent years working on myself
using the techniques I use on my clients. By using these techniques, I am
able to mostly manage my pain without pain medication. I am able to
keep myself moving and not give in to the dis-ease.
Pain is our body's way of
telling us that something is wrong, that something in
our thinking or emotions
needs attention. It is how our body tells us that our
energy has been blocked or is
moving in an unbalanced way.
We have been working on remodeling our house which burned a few years ago. Recently, we have been trying
to get the sheetrock up and prepared. I have been trying to assist with
this so we can get the project finished quicker and move back into the house. I
have a very bad habit of not knowing when to quit and doing more than I
should. This usually puts me to bed for a day or two with pain, then I am back up and
moving.
I did this again recently and have been unable to get the pain back under control. I have been taking pain
medication for about a week, which is very unusual. In my attempt to find the cause
of this pain and heal it, I turned to my book 'Heal Your Body' by Louise Hay. If
you do not already have this book, go to

purchase a copy. It is the most useful book I own. In reading about the causes of
my pain in this book, it kept referring to 'punishing oneself', 'guilt', 'fear',
etc.
I have also been using a technique for repairing the aura using a pendulum. When
doing this healing, I noticed that the pendulum
kept making the same movements over and over. After a couple of days of
this, I realized that it was showing me a huge rip in myaura which it was trying,
without success, to repair.
So, as I usually do when I can't figure out something, I went to my mate, Michael to get his input on it. He
asked me why I was ripping my aura apart. Suddenly it clicked. Self-punishment
by ripping holes in my aura to cause myself pain because of guilt!
I wrote a session for my
Miracle 6 Prayer Machine to release these emotions and
reach a point of forgiveness of myself and others. Today, I have been in almost
no pain. After a week of taking pain medication with no relief, I needed no pain
medication today at all.
It still amazes me when a key to healing is found and a miracle like this occurs. It is a wonderful feeling
though.
