What is it that you value? What is important to you? What a person values says a lot about them. Do you value things – new cars, a new house? Do you value other people – helping others whenever you can? Do you value yourself – taking care of yourself? It is most important to value yourself, to take care of the body that you are given. The massive Coronal Hole continues to face Earth. Solar Winds are high, and are expected to increase even more thanks to this hole. Some plasma has entered Earth’s shield, but not enough to cause Geomagnetic instability. Geomagnetic Storms are expected this week. CERN is very active. Keep throwing energetic monkey wrenches, weasels and bombs into it to cause it to break.
There continues to be a lot of emotions flowing through the Collective Consciousness because of the shooting in Orlando. There are lots of articles promoting gun control, and people on the other side fighting for their gun rights. The Powers That Be like to see us fighting each other instead of seeing the things they are doing to us. We have been too focused on the voter suppression and vote rigging that has been happening for their comfort. Join me in sending Peace and Love throughout the world and asking that Truth be known at all times.
The Solar Winds are causing increased ear noise and muscle cramping. As they increase even more, we can expect burning skin, itchy skin and heart palpitations. Our current symptoms include headache, neck pain, back pain, joint pain, muscle aches, vision issues, allergies, digestive issues, abdominal pressure and pain, strong emotions, anxiety, fear, difficulty sleeping, vivid dreams and exhaustion. Children and Animals feel the energies too and can have similar symptoms. Some of us are completely overwhelmed by the Solar Winds, but others are revived and energized by them. I wish I understood why.
As usual, drink lots of water because the Solar Winds will dry us out. A Sea or Himalayan Salt bath, shower or foot soak will help to release toxins that will be stirred up. Raw foods are easier to digest. Remember to breathe deeply. Magnesium and Potassium will help with muscle cramps. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
