Shhh! We don’t want to wake them. We are holding our collective breath, afraid to move because everything will become active again. There is a sense of expectation. Unfortunately, our symptoms are only slightly reduced. We are still experiencing tightness and pain in our neck, shoulders and back. We are dizzy, confused and off balance. We are still dealing with our own issues and emotions as well as those flowing from the Collective Consciousness. We are also moving into the Full Moon crazies.
Take time to rest and relax while the energies are quiet. Be kind to yourself and others. Drink lots of water and eat raw foods. Grounding is essential and should be done several times a day. Remember to breathe deeply. Use the Energetic Clearing Technique to release emotions and physical symptoms.
The next few months will not be easy as we learn to Love and accept our Shadow and our buried emotions. I can help you to traverse these energies a bit easier through a Heart and Soul Healing.
