Open and be willing to look within yourself and be honest about who you are. Be willing to see the Real You, not the mask that you wear for others, but the person you truly are inside. Be willing to see all your flaws as well as all your beauty. Heal the flaws instead of hiding them. Accept your beauty instead of denying it. The Sun is very, very quiet. Solar Winds have returned to normal, but are expected to increase once again on Sunday or Monday when the Coronal Hole Stream finally reaches us. The Stream is expected to cause Geomagnetic Storms. But, for now, all is quiet.  There was a 5.2 Earthquake in Tasmania, which was the only one above 5 magnitude. Rains and flooding continue in Texas, France and Pakistan. We are still being affected by planetary alignments and retrogrades. CERN seems to be preparing for another experiment.

Some of the planetary aspects recently have been bringing up emotions to be healed. Water represents emotions. The flooding is the massive amount of emotions that have been stored in Mother Earth coming up to be healed. Of course, some of it is from Weather manipulation, but it is still having the effect of bringing these emotions up to heal. The more of our own emotions we heal and release, the less Mother Earth will have to heal and release. The Energetic Clearing Technique and a Heart and Soul Healing Session will help you to heal.

We are still experiencing headache, neck pain, neck stiffness, vision issues, loud ear noise, allergies, chest pain, heart palpitations, back pain, joint pain, muscle aches, digestive issues, dizziness, confusion, forgetfulness, no motivation, difficulty sleeping and exhaustion. Children and animals are being affected also. My dogs have been very hyper and mischievous.

Take time to rest this weekend. Spend time out in nature and away from the internet and wifi. It is essential that we drink lots of water. Dehydration can increase pain and cramping. Raw foods are easier to digest. Remember to breathe deeply. Magnesium and Potassium will help with leg cramps. Be kind to yourself and others. It is also essential that we keep our energy field cleansed and protection around us at all times to lessen our symptoms.
