A lot of pressure was released with the recent M Flare and large Earthquakes, so all is quiet at the moment. We are getting brave enough to peek our heads out to see what damage has been done. Our energy and physical bodies have all taken quite a beating, and we are still feeling sore and achy from it. We are looking around expectantly, waiting for the next wave of energy to slam into us.
Enjoy the moment of quiet. Take a deep breath to bring yourself back into Now. Be very kind to yourself. Rest if possible. Eat raw foods and drink lots of water.
Unfortunately, the quiet probably will not last long.
