Greetings from Alaya. We are beings known to you as Dolphins. We are here at this time to assist with the increased energy flooding the earth. Our lessons will concern methods of healing centering on the breath and movement. This movement is not necessarily a physical movement, but more of an etheric movement. Water is not an element in this healing process, but
being immersed in energy. This energy can take many forms.
There have been many energy shifts in recent times. This will continue with the planetary alignment in May. With this alignment, there will be a strong influx of energy, as a whoosh. This is from the planetary grids which have been activated aligning with the planets and allowing the energy to flow.
Many of you will be able to feel the instant this energy flux occurs.
It is very important at this time to stay centered and focused. There will be much that will be perceived as chaos by many people. It is necessary to learn to see beyond this illusion and rise on the energy. Many will choose to leave to escape the energy changes. This too must be accepted.
