I have been spending time healing myself
for a change. As most of us, I tend to neglect my own health.
This is not a good thing and we should all spend time each day
meditating and healing ourselves. One thing I have been doing
for myself is to use my crystals more.
I love crystals and stones of any type. I have made many trips
to Arkansas and have thousands of Clear Quartz crystals from
as tiny as 1/8" to as large as 12". Of course, my intention
was to sell many of these, but I just can't bring myself to
part with them. I also spend way too much money on Ebay
buying lots of different stones that I just can't resist!
I have been making time at night before I
go to sleep to use these generous Stone Spirits to assist with
my healing. I have been placing a Kyanite Blade at my Root
Chakra and my Brow Chakra. I place a Clear Quartz on my Spleen
Chakra, my Heart Chakra and my Crown Chakra. I have been
placing a wonderful Danburite either at my Solar Plexus Chakra
or my Thymus. I also have a Ruby which assists at times. I
spend about 30 minutes each night absorbing the healing energy
these Crystals have to share with me. It feels so wonderful
and loving to be in that energy. Since I have been doing this,
I am having much less pain. Usually when there is a Solar
Flare, the pain puts me to bed. Lately, I do not even know
there has been a flare.
This simple act of using these wonderful
Stones who share my life has been an enormous help to me. It
is not necessary to use as many stones as I am using. You can
use more or you can use less. The important thing is that you
allow these Stone Spirits to assist in the way that they are
able. Our Crystal friends are there to help us, we only have
to open ourselves to their assistance.
